Led by principals Pamela Dallow and Barnaby Boss, we’re large enough to make big things happen – but small enough to deliver the flexibility and personal focus that every client needs.

Pamela has freelanced and worked in consultancy for over 16 years, providing branding, identity, digital and environmental graphics solutions for some of the worlds biggest brands. Pam studied Graphic Design at AUT before spending six-years in the heart of the London design scene. She is a creative design specialist with an eye for detail and the ability to encapsulate the essential promise of a brand through design.

Barnaby has worked on human environment, public realm and place branding projects for over 14 years. With strategic vision and creative input he drives projects from concept to completion. He has a Product Design degree from Central Saint Martin’s College of Art & Design and spent five years working in the environments team at PSD:Fitch London before co-founding DallowBoss.
