As part of the works to improve the streetscape around the entrance to Navigation Homes Stadium in Pukekohe, the OPUS Landscape Design team proposed a series of markers envisaged to feature stories of local sports stars, clubs and events. Collaborating with the Auckland Council project implementation team, DallowBoss was engaged to determine suitable placements and design the graphic elements, ensuring suitable integration with the proposed structures.

The 3.2m tall pillars, set out in the traditional ‘Counties’ colours, present stories covering famous All Blacks, Olympic Gold Medal winners, local rugby legends, early sports clubs of the area and even a BMX champion! There’s plenty to keep fans interested as they approach the stadium.
